Kelsey Perkins, MSW, LCSW

As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are at in the treatment process in order to increase their self-awareness. As a result, this helps me understand their thoughts and feelings in relation to the problems at hand. I realize that my clients are the experts in their own life experiences, therefore, utilize an individualistic approach in working alongside them in efforts to restore emotional balance.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as well as an Illinois and Missouri Supreme Court Approved Mediator. My clinical background consists of expertise in assessment, crisis intervention, case management, consultation, individual and family therapy, and linkage of care services. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in an array of areas: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma/PTSD, stress management, behavioral issues, relationship/marital issues, co-parenting, codependency, divorce, and substance abuse.

I look forward to working with each new client I meet in hopes to be a source of support in their time of struggle. I offer evening availability, as well as Saturday appointments to best accommodate your schedule.

Joe Graham, MSW, LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of clinical experience. I completed my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and my Master’s degree in Social Work, with an emphasis in Family Systems Theory, at Saint Louis University.

I began my career working for a nonprofit organization providing services to inner city youth and families. After obtaining my clinical license to practice independently, I moved to northern Minnesota to provide mental health services to incarcerated individuals. I provided these services for five years in three different prisons. Shortly after, I applied for and was accepted into the National Health Service Corps, a federal program that places therapists in healthcare shortage areas, leading me to choose rural Arkansas. I spent five years in Arkansas providing counseling services for a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, the elderly and families. Throughout my clinical experience, I have been able to gain significant knowledge in working with a variety of client populations and mental health issues.  After completing my contractual obligation to the National Health Service Corps, I returned here to the area to be closer to family and to provide mental health services in the region in which I am from.

I have a desire to continue to work with individuals, couples, and families in the outpatient counseling setting. I specialize in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Crisis Intervention, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the following treatment areas: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, grief, behavioral issues, self-esteem, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma. I also enjoy connecting clients with resources in the community and advocating for their needs. I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate scheduling needs. I look forward to meeting and working with you!

April Foiles, MA, LCPC

I believe there are many reasons a person may seek out counseling at some period in their lives. I value that your experiences and concerns are unique to you and therefore, understand the importance of listening to your individual story. With an individualistic approach, I believe we can work collaboratively for you to understand your situation with greater self-awareness and identify your own personal strengths which will empower you to cope with circumstances more effectively.

As a therapist, I have ten years of experience serving individuals and families within the community, educational and hospital-based systems. Throughout my career, I have provided assessment, crisis services, case management, therapy, and linkage of care services. I desire to continue to work with individuals, couples, and families on concerns including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulty, trauma, stress management, and behavior concerns. I am available to work with individuals and families on relationship concerns, parenting, and blended family dynamics.

I consider it a privilege to be able to provide counseling services to others. I recognize the courage it takes to tell our stories, move beyond a difficult situation and make changes. I am honored to work with you during this period. I hope through the counseling process you will experience a greater sense of hope and feel more optimistic about your ability to cope with the circumstances your are facing.

Andi Burgess, MA, LCPC
